Candidates should have considerable experience in local government management, previous experience in assisting governing bodies and developing and evaluating policies, demonstrated written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to manage in a team-oriented work environment, and previous experience leading collaborative initiatives with other government, business, and community organizations.
