Client Services Processor Job Opening in Rochester, Minnesota - Joseph Companies is seeking a full-time Client Services Processor to work at our Rochester, MN Corporate office. The hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a daily 1-hour lunch break.
Basic Qualification : The Client Services Processor position requires an Associate Degree in Health Services Administration or related fields with a minimum of 1 year experience.
Other Qualifications : The position requires clear demonstration of strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to organize and work as part of a corporate system is required for this position. Computer competencies with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) are required.
Job Description : Client Services Processor works within the client services department to carry out all client administrative duties to ensure that services are carried out. The Client Services Processor works with the supervisor to protect the interest of the company against loss due to provision of unauthorized services.
Responsibilities :
Requests and follow up service agreements and authorizations.
Updates client services in the database and all files.
Conducts EVS and prepares reports.
Monitors the use of authorized hours and visits.
Processes client referrals, admission, and discharge.
Evaluation and review of services provided to clients in relation to the service agreement and authorization.
All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
