Building Client Relationships to already established accounts
Looking for Sales account directors for 118 year old company-recently relocated to Long Island!
Marquis Publications is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Specialist to join our team! If you have client building skills and have experienced handling high level accounts, this position will be extremely lucrative for you. The qualified candidate should be self-driven and ambitious with polished skills to maintain and build relationships with our existing clients. We're looking for savvy candidates who are interested in a career with outstanding growth and earnings potential. You will be enjoying an upscale working environment, benefits, PTO, great culture and long term employment. All Client Specialists will be trained, with additional advanced on-going training.
Responsibilities:
Call existing long term clients and continue to assist them, leading to increased business.
You will receive a huge client base to call.
Provide consultative sales by uncovering their needs, and present them with our various product solutions.
Present an image that mirrors that of the client-connect with them.
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing the features and benefits for them and their business potential.
Establish account retention by meeting personal and monthly goals.
There is NO cold calling with this position.
Requirements:
Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
Ability to research, retain and build relationships with clients.
Converse with business professionals on any level.
Maintain notes in a database to keep your clients current.
Time management and organizational skills essential
Ability to work at own pace, independently
Basic experience with the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Detail-oriented
