We are looking for an experienced Online Sales Representative who is interested in working for an established and fast-growing company, with lots of growth potential in the years ahead. No cold-calling, our customers seek us out because of our excellent product and customer service! You will also be a key holder, so management experience is essential. As part of the role you will also be required to help out in shipping until we have a full time shipping manager.
Requisite skills and experience :
5 years online sales & account management experience
An exceptional level of Customer Service
Can type quickly, and is tech-savvy (either PC or Mac, we can accommodate)
Ability to calmly multi-task a MUST
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Brings a positive energy into the office, and enjoys providing excellent customer service
Great work ethic?prompt, respects company time vs. personal time
A hard worker who thrives in a fast paced environment
Preferences:
Someone who is excited at the potential for advancement in the years ahead
Self-motivated, determined to learn and grow with our company
Someone who can start immediately (although we'd make an exception for the right person)
Benefits:

- Normally Monday-Friday 8.45am-5pm
