Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent Job Opening in Glenpool, Oklahoma - Comfort Inn & Suites Glenpool is accepting applications for a Night Auditor Guest Service agent. Previous hotel night audit experience is preferred, but we are willing to train positive applicants. This position requires outstanding customer service skills and a friendly attitude. Must have initiative and understand and demonstrate the meaning of customer service. Must be 100% reliable, dependable, and be able to come to work. Full time and/or part time hours available. Working hours are 11:00pm to 7:00am. Flexibility is appreciated. Days of week will be determined. Compensation is $9.00 per hour.
Duties include:
1) Checking in and out guests.
2) Making reservations on the phone.
3) Running night audit reports.
4) Setting up morning breakfast.
5) Cleaning front desk area and lobby.
6) Providing outstanding customer service with a smile.
