Why do we need you:
Our dynamic team is seeking a Region Manager to lead a team a Territory Sales Managers in the Chicago area to meet annual KPI targets. The incumbent will collaborate with internal stakeholders in establishing sales strategies to meet the company?s overall goal.
What you will do:
Lead a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to achieve annual Key Performance Indicators focused on increasing distribution, reducing out of stocks and improving retail merchandising.
Conduct monthly field training days with TSMs to enhance core skills and capabilities. Conduct annual development planning process and performance appraisal.
Act as a brand ambassador for Logic, communicating career opportunities to potential candidates. Build a pipeline of new and existing talent for future roles within Logic.
Lead several large and medium size chain accounts and distributors in Chicago metro. Build strong customer relationships with trade partners to drive sales of Logic in the Chicago Region.
Participate in regional trade events that support business development of the Region.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of direct sales related managerial experience. Industry knowledge and FMCG organizational experience are preferred
Experience in selling to retailers, Wholesalers and Distributors in the Consumer Products industry is preferred.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior experience with Sales Force Automation systems would be a plus.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
