HR Assistant Job Opening in Chicago, Illinois - Seeking a challenging position working in all areas of HR for a growing healthcare organization? Then this might be the opportunity you've been looking for! TCA Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center on the far south side of Chicago, is seeking a HR Assistant to provide comprehensive support for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
Duties will include full cycle recruiting; management of employee data; coordination of timekeeping, payroll and paid time off processes; benefits administration; coordination of the new hire and employee on-boarding processes; employee record keeping; administration of the organization's Job Description and Performance Appraisal processes; employee relations; and leave of absence administration.
If you possess a Bachelor's degree in an HR related field; 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare; expertise utilizing Payroll programs and/or HRIS, particularly ADP; proficiency in MS Office and effective communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, we want to hear from you!
