Social Media Specialist - Health Care Job Opening in Downers Grove, Illinois - A medical Center in the western suburb is looking for a driven Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for creating content & campaigns for digital media (Facebook, You Tube, Pinterest, Google+, Instagram, etc.) to attract and interact with patients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Build and execute social media strategy.
Generate and share content daily and set up optimized company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company?s social content.
Implement programs designed to increase patients? retention.
Monitoring and Managing posts on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Blog and other digital platforms.
Maintain a high engagement through all platforms, including answering customers concerns and creating content and monitoring progress of contests and/or on-going campaigns.
Requirements, what are they?
Bachelor?s Degree in the field of communication and/or marketing.
Minimum 2 years previous work experience in social media marketing.
Excellent writing, editing, presentation and communication skills.
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO.
Knowledge of online marketing.
Fluent in English; written and oral skills
Knowledge or background in Reproductive Health Care preferred.
Friendly person who is comfortable working independently or with a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, iCloud and Google Apps Suite.
