Job Description & Duties of the Telemarketer/Inside Sales Representative:
Position entails making a high-volume of outgoing phone calls to previous customers with the intention of gaining their business once again
Data entry and customer correspondence are a critical function
Qualifications of the Telemarketer/Inside Sales Representative:
Experience and history of reaching sales goals
Telemarketing experience
CRM software proficiency.
