We are hiring for the position of Marine Sales Associate who has the skill set to bring in new clientele as well as service the existing customer base. Cape Fear Marine is in its expansion phase and seeking to enlarge its sales team. Sales Associate Job description:
Collaborates with sales and marketing team to effectively achieve goals Continuously works for organizational process improvement, providing input to the sales and marketing teams to refine processes and cater to new and emerging opportunities Enters, updates and maintains daily sales activities and client/customer information into Sales database & CRM Assists clients and customers in the decision process Plans an effective sales targeting approach Prospects and cold-calls Regularly follows up on inbound leads and sales inquiries responds to customer/client inquiries, suggestions, complaints and other details, by phone, online and email suggests and implements a closing strategy relative to sales.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent, some college or a college degree a plus
Experience:
3 to 4 years of related sales experience a plus
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills A strong CRM history and capability of effectively handling new and existing customers including on water demos of boats in excess of thirty feet Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing business Customer focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly.
