Based in Conshohocken Pennsylvania, Miller Bros. Solar is a national leader in providing operations and maintenance services. MBS brings more than 30-years of commercial, utility electrical industry experience to the renewable energy space.
Miller Bros. Solar is in need of a someone with a background in and business operations to help facilitate our growing portfolio of sites and customers nationwide. MBS is a service business and is increasingly customer facing as the company continues to grow. MBS target market is Utilities, IPP's, Banks and Fortune 100/500 companies across the country.
This is an entry level position or internship suitable for someone finishing their studies
Skills/Experience:
Well-organized individual, comfortable working in liaison with all divisions of the company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The operations center faces calls and alerts from solar sites and customers daily, and need to be adept at serving our customers over the phone in a manner that provides comfort and confidence in their O&M selection
Familiarity with graphic or web design is a valuable supplement, maintaining creativity and continuity in all marketing efforts
Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office, Google products, Adobe
Responsibilities:
Facilitating real time customer issues between management, accounting, the operations team, and technicians in the field.
Maintains operational data on a day to day basis, working with our CMMS, in addition to metrics from both our technicians in the field and the sites they visit.
Assist management in creating materials for new customer proposals.
Review contracts and a customer?s Request for Proposal literature, outlining the relevant scope of work and any crucial
Periodically update Statement of Qualification and Executive Summary, our primary materials for new customer acquisition.
Manage the MBS website; textual, design, and photo updates throughout the year.
We have recently hired a drone pilot for aerial imagery and video of our solar sites, which will soon be ready for web posting.
