Description for Accounting Analyst:
Posting of accounts payable invoices
Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
Posting of accounting entries
Tag and title filing
Maintaining accounting schedules and investigating discrepancies
Requirements for Office Manager:
Must have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
Accounting degree or comparable experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computers
Previous automotive or truck dealership accounting is preferred
Experience with CDK/ADP accounting software is preferred
