Dawson is seeking to hire 20+ Customer Service Representatives for immediate hire for a legal call center in Dublin. This role will handle third party legal claims in a call center setting. Everyone will train for 3-5 days then transition to a regular shift of Monday-Friday from 9a - 5pm. The ideal candidate has previous call center experience and has the ability to multi-task. Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree or high is preferred
Previous call center and 6 months of recent office experience
In person customer service experience is a plus!
Ability to multi-task and use 2 computer screens simultaneously
Previous experience working in the Legal industry
Ability to ?think? quickly
Availability between 9a - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
