Now Hiring phone Member Services Representatives for a growing healthcare business in North Canton, Ohio.
These are FT hourly positions that work a variety of shifts. We are looking to especially fill the 11:00 am - 7:30 pm Monday through Friday.
THIS IS NOT A SALES JOB!
Member Services Representatives answer incoming calls from our members on a variety of questions that our members have.
We are looking for people who can articulate over the phone in a friendly and concise manner. You must be able to handle working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable. Key skills that are required for this role include:
Successfully answer the phone in a friendly and "WANT TO HELP" manner
Follow up on tasks
Data entry accuracy
Ability to speak clearly
Ability to trouble shoot
Ability to help grow the membership
Thorough knowledge of our healthsahre program
Ability to answer questions about the program
Ability to save any members who may want to cancel their memberships
Build, maintain, and retain positive relationships with members
Spanish speaking a PLUS
