Staff Accountant Job Opening in Great Falls, Montana - Printing Center USA is looking for a Staff Accountant to assist the Controller with the daily and monthly duties of the department. The Staff Accountant would assist in the preparing of monthly financial statements, posting and payment of Vendor Invoices, posting customer payments, bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries and some payroll duties. Some financial analysis and ad hoc reporting will also be involved.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting/Finance with four to five years of hands on accounting experience. Other qualifications include extensive experience with Microsoft Applications, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Quickbooks experience is helpful.
