Entry Level Marketing Coordinator Job Opening in los angeles, California - Entry Level Marketing Coordinator Lollicup� USA, Inc. is seeking a full time entry level Marketing Coordinator. Lollicup USA, Inc. is the manufacturer of Karat� paper and plastic eco-friendly products since 2005. Based in City of Industry, CA, we specialize in plastic cups, paper coffee cups, dessert cups, food containers, cup lids and related food packaging products, including customized cups and cup sleeves. In 2007, in an effort to be more environmentally friendly, Karat developed Karat� Earth, a plant-based line of eco-friendly products, including eco-friendly cups and utensils. The company provides eco-friendly products at a low price, which makes living green affordable in today's tough economic state. Our company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to add to a growing team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES of the Marketing Coordinator will include but are not limited to: 1. Coordinating, creating, and updating content for external and internal web sites on a regular basis. Managing strict timelines to maintain current content and develop new content. Retouching web site product pictures for all web site merchandise. Online researching of competitive data related to price info, sales promotions, trade shows, etc. 2. Generating monthly sales reports. Coordinating projects and trade shows for marketing/sales department and supporting upper management. 3. Reviewing marketing campaign reports to identify under or non-performing ad groups and working with vendors to increase overall effectiveness of campaigns. 4. Creating and preparing PR-related literature and maintaining relationships with the media. REQUIREMENTS: � College graduate; must be authorized to work in the US. � Proficient in MS Office. � Bilingual is preferred. (Mandarin/English) � Graphic (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and HTML (Dreamweaver) experience is a plus. � Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in written format with varying levels within & outside of the company (e.g., clients, affiliated organization, and the media). � Strong organizational and administrative skills. Attention to detail. Strong sense of urgency. � Self motivated, with the ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision. � Must work well under pressure and be capable or working on multiple projects at the same time. Be a flexible self-starter & quick learner who follows through and meets deadlines (good time management). Ability to work as a part as a part of a team (exceptional people skills). � Ability to maintain confidentiality.
