Data Analyst Job Opening in Hartford, Connecticut - Julia Balfour, LLC is looking for an in-house Data Analyst to conduct website industry research as part of our content team. As a Data Analyst at Julia Balfour, you will work collaboratively with content strategists by monitoring and reporting on client analytics. Your findings should provide insight into consumer behavior and site performance, which will be used to drive strategy around iterations and modifications. You will also have the opportunity to work with all departments on projects across an array of industries.

Job Functions:
Setup and manage Google Analytic accounts
Conduct industry research on current best practices
Provide routine analytics reports to internal teams and clients
Collaborate across departments to set goals for client growth
Analyze data to form summaries of actionable tasks
Qualifications:
Google Analytics Certification preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
2+ Years Experience
Familiarity with research methods and industry best practice tools / software
Understanding of audiences and consumers
Strong communication skills
Innate problem solver that loves a challenge
