Position Description
Throughout the course of the Supervisor Apprenticeship Program, you will be provided with a series of learning experiences leading to full knowledge and understanding of field supervision. Additional responsibilities will include:
Being exposed to projects of various sizes and spending the majority of your time in the field assisting superintendents on job sites.
Documenting controls.
Reading blue prints.
Learning site logistics and layouts.
Conducting site supervision.
Scheduling trades.
Conducting site safety.
Ensuring job start up and close out.
Conducting project scheduling.
Position Details:
Location: Stamford, CT
Apprentice Program: After this two-year program, successful participants will be up to speed as builders capable of providing field supervision to the trades and building a client project as a superintendent on their own. The career path going forward from successful program completion allows for personal and professional growth and development through increasingly complex project profiles or specialization in one or another client project sectors (higher education, healthcare, data centers, etc.). Upon successful completion of the program, you will be promoted to Superintendent which includes a base salary increase.
