Accounting Manager Job Opening in Tampa, Florida - Maintains and controls all business transactions of the organization by applying GAAP, including analytical and thorough review of financial records. Compiles and analyzes financial information in preparation for entry into various financial statements. Makes appropriate journal entries for recording in the general ledger by checking calculations, reviewing, balancing and reconciling figures. Perform bank reconciliations and wire transfers for deposit and ensures accuracy. Accounts for all sales and receivables for the Company. Checks all accounts payable invoices against purchase orders to insure correctness. Analyzes inventory records and completes various financial, accounting, administrative, and other reports and analysis.
