Junior Accountant/Accounting Assistant (Speak Mandarin) Job Opening in Rancho Cucamonga, California - Accounting Assistant
Artisan Hardwood Inc. is looking for Junior Accountant.
Candidates must be US Citizen or green card holder. NO OBT.
Job Duties include:
Process account payable / receivable
Reconcile and balance accounts in Quick books
Filing paperwork/records and other accounting tasks
Ability to create purchase orders and post vendor invoices
Required Skills:
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
Background or experience in Accounting
Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise plus
Excellent oral and/or written communication skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Excellent knowledge of MS office software (Excel, Word)
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Nice to have skills:
Self-motivated, dependable and can work independently, as well as on a team
Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects
Highly organized and detail oriented
Great customer service skills
Ability to communicate with internal staff, senior management, and external entities
Required Education:
BS/BA in accounting, finance or equivalent
Required Experience:
1-2 years accounting experience
