Accounting Manager Job Opening in Oakland, California - Our mission is to serve and advocate for the medically underserved community. Asian Health Services is currently looking for an Accounting Manager to join our organization.
The accounting manager assists in determining and implementing fiscal objectives of the agency. Working under the Controller, the Accounting Manager helps oversee operating budget and ensures expenditures do not exceed budgetary limits. The incumbent is also responsible for directing and coordinating activities of accounting staff, accounts payable, general ledger, tax payments and fixed assets. Accounting manager is also expected to assists the Grants Accounting Manager when needed.
This position requires a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred, Minimum three years experience in accounting management, including 2 years in a healthcare organization.
