Accounting/Finance Manager Job Opening in Omaha, Nebraska - The Manager of the Accounting / Finance division of Hemphill Staffing Solutions is a mission critical position within our organization. Play a leadership role in the growth and expansion of our firm. This role serves as a primary developer of new business and new associates as we expand. This high-impact position is very rewarding, the compensation package is lucrative, and the goals and objectives will provide a significant challenge for a high achieving professional.
The optimal candidate must have a proven track record of success, leadership, and credibility with senior management, while holding themselves to high standards of professionalism, and integrity, along with a drive to win!
Establish and maintain relationships with CFO, VP Finance, Controller, Tax, Audit, Credit, Finance, and Treasury executives. Become a valued business partner and trusted advisor while working closely with senior accounting and financial leaders throughout Omaha and the upper Midwest. Engage leaders to fully understand the specifics and outcomes to be achieved for each project, implementation, conversion, re-engineering initiative, upgrade, and process improvement plan; then take ownership for the delivery of value-added solutions. Provide the accounting and finance professionals and subject matter experts to ensure that our clients? projects and initiatives are achieved successfully with superior results.
Work closely with current clients in some of Omaha?s most prestigious companies who are already loyal to Hemphill.
Reach out and establish strategic relationships with prospective customers in order to grow our firm.
Identify, source, interview, and represent current and prospective employees with the opportunities that will continue to enhance and develop their career.
Be accountable for driving the business in a direction that ensures financial targets are met or exceeded on a consistent basis.
Meet regularly with our clients' managers and executives. Become a public representative and the face of Hemphill while being active in professional organizations representing Hemphill to the community.

The compensation package for this position includes an excellent base salary, a quarterly bonus that is tied to your performance and the growth of the division, and a long-term incentive plan.
