Chief Financial Officer Job Opening in Alda, Nebraska - Triad Fastener, a proven leader in the injection molding industry, is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer(CFO) in our Alda, Nebraska headquarters. We are seeking a proven and strategic leader who will be responsible for a wide range of functions that include day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, , banking, IT, and HR. The CFO is supported by five experienced professionals.
Principal accountabilities include:
Assist in formulating the group?s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
Develop financial and tax strategies
Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
Develop performance metrics that support the group?s strategic direction
Participate in key decisions alongside the COO and Owners
Oversee the financial operations and issuance of financial information to owners, key managers and the board of directors
Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-efficient benefits package
Understand and mitigate key elements of the group?s risk profile
Construct and monitor reliable control systems
Ensure the group complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
Maintain banking relationships
Plan and direct the group information technology initiatives
Preserve group assets and report accurate financial results
Qualifications
CPA certification with a bachelor?s degree in accounting or business administration
10+ years of progressively responsible experience in a manufacturing environment
Skilled in financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, strategic planning, vision, forecasting, corporate finance, developing budgets, and dealing with complexity
High level or written and oral communication skills, ability to work with personalities of all types at all levels, and excellent computer skills
Minimal travel required.
