JOB TITLE: Administrative Support
Reports To: Office Manager
SUMMARY The qualified candidate will complete back-end processing to ensure payments are applied appropriately based on payment type, facilitate and complete customization changes to customer orders, and communicate with vendors on facilitating order completion. This position will be part-time, consisting of 20-25 hours/week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Create and edit sales order for customer orders
Invoice customer orders as necessary
Process cash payments
Monitor and update computer build stages
Balance and QA credit card transactions
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Associate?s degree preferred and at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with technology related concepts and equipment.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
