ETF Virtual Sales Specialist Job Opening in Louisville, Kentucky - ETF Sales Specialist
As a member of Jefferson National?s top-performing sales team, the ETF Sales Specialist will be responsible for marketing and selling a new suite of Nationwide ETF products to financial advisors. This virtual sales role is a lead sales team member and will be initially responsible for calling on the RIA market in a specified geographical territory. This position will predominately be executed out of the Louisville office and will highly leverage technology and automation to implement our sales process. The ETF Sales Specialist requires the ability to position Nationwide and its sub-advisor?s investment philosophy, process, product differentiation and competitive analysis in group presentations, public seminars, over the phone and in one-on-one presentations.
Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for advisors in the assigned territory by making outbound sales calls, conducting webinars and communicating via email to promote and sell products while also answering inbound calls and responding to inquires
· Utilize CRM and sales automation to track interaction, progression and path of relationships
· Support advisor relationships post-sale with an eye on retention and additional sales opportunities
· Attend conferences, client events and advisor meetings as needed
· Limited travel required on the whole, but may require a higher volume of travel during initial launch phase (up to 25%)
Qualifications:
· Bachelor?s degree required
· FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
· Relocation to Louisville required
· 3+ years of financial services sales experience preferred
· Previous ETF experience preferred
· Successful track record of positioning investment products with financial advisors a plus
· Comfortable with sales automation and leveraging technology to support and improve the sales process
· Strong presentation and organizational skills
· Self-starter with inherent motivation and drive
· Ability to manage administrative aspects of job effectively (i.e. - CRM tools, automated reporting data, call logs, expense reports, etc.)
