Full Time Direct Sales Representative Job Opening in Louisville, Kentucky - Improveit! Home Remodeling is looking for a full time Direct Sales Representative. We are looking for an outgoing, upbeat team member who is driven to succeed as direct sales representative.

No experience necessary, all you need is motivation, persistence, and the ability to overcome an Outside Sales Representative you can expect to earn an average of $30,000.00-40,000.00 per year.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads - this is where you can advance quickly into sales if you have the drive to succeed
Develop and retain new customers through canvassing activities to self-generate new customer leads, specifically local residents to offer Improveit! products and services
Promote our products to home owners in order to gain interest in who we are
Giving customers the opportunity to sign up for sweepstakes in order to win a free remodel
Responsible for consistently providing excellent customer service through effective communication
Qualifications:
Customer service oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
No experience is necessary, prior canvassing experience a plus!
Must be outgoing and fun, eager to self-generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and a variety of methods for lead generation.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, outgoing & friendly
A history of meeting and exceeding performance expectations
Willingness to learn our products and be the local spokesperson for our growing company
