Sales Agent Job Opening in Overland Park, Kansas - Redondo Management is a leading call center located in Overland Park KS and specializes in support for the consumer lending industry. The call center focuses on Loan Processing, Customer Service, and Collections. We are currently hiring for New Loan Representatives. This position is responsible for evaluating loan applications based on criteria established by the lending companies we support. Duties include contacting applicants to verify employment and banking information, communicating loan contract terms, and providing an exceptional service experience for all applicants. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2-years experience working on related field (call center, customer service, sales)
Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills
Use proper grammar, pronunciation and voice inflection
Focused on Customer Service
Ability to calculate basic math
Proficient in 10-key
Type a minimum of 40 wpm
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Internet Explorer
Possesses a positive ?can-do? attitude and competitive nature
Team player
Enjoys a fast-paced and changing work environment
Has a demonstrable history of dependability
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
Must be flexible to work extended hours with minimal notice during busy periods

Monday to Friday 7:30am ? 5:00pm
