Sales Job Opening in Knoxville, Tennessee - Advanced Labelworx, Inc. is seeking to add technical, innovative problem solvers to our outside sales team. Advanced Labelworx, Inc. is a 50 year old company working as a partner with each of our customers advising them on ways to make their products better. We engage with design engineers as product identification, branding, tracking and performance features are being selected/improved. Our role is to suggest the most economical solutions and to supply competitively priced products without short cutting quality. We work on customer production/assembly lines with industrial engineers improving throughput speeds and application methods as well as with packaging engineers for improved product identification and branding.
ROLE OF SALES ENGINEER:
To secure appointments from pre-qualified leads in industries such as appliance, electrical, automotive, medical and indoor/outdoor equipment.
Schedule onsite appointments to uncover quality and supply chain issues.
Collect information and communicate details of uncovered customer issues to inside support team to develop solutions to the identified issues.
Draft and present technical solutions to perspective customers with the goal of securing new business.
Grow relationships throughout new and existing customers expanding business to multiple site locations.
Continually learn new materials, adhesives, print methods to offer improved and more innovative solutions to existing customer base.

REQUIREMENTS:
BS Degree preferred in Technical Field but will consider candidates with Associates degree with strong work experience.
5+ years of industrial B to B sales experience and success.
Up to 30% overnight travel with company paid travel expenses.
Auto allowance.
Base salary with uncapped commissions.
Required to pass a background check and drug screen.
