Description:
Sales force Product Management
Collaborate with Technology and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement
Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
Work with project managers and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles
Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are designing great features for our partners
Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams
Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product
Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases
Skill Set:
Requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ experience in the field or in a related area. Master?s degree is highly desirable
6+ years in development management required
Strong techno functional Experience with Salesforce
Strong experience with Salesforce framework, with handst experience with APEX and VisualForce.
3+ years of experience with one or more of the following skill sets:
o developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, IDE, migration tool or Web Services, Apex Data loader, Apex Programming
o Proficiency in developing in Visual Force pages, Managed Packages, and integration to other third party solutions
o Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party system using web services and app exchange apps
Experience in development and management of a product roadmap.
Strong experience with Agile / Product Management methodology and tools.
Experience with working in agile environment and experience with sprint planning.
Experience managing the entire product line life cycle from planning to tactical activities
Strong communication skills required
