Sales and Marketing Consultant Job Opening in Hermitage, Tennessee - Home Health Services Agency located in Hermitage area seeks an Marketing Consultant to manage and grow our private pay department through consultative marketing. Develop and maintain relationships, building strategic alliances, organizing community events and networking with physicians , hospital case managers, social workers and a variety of healthcare and senior services professional, and deliver sales and marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of our company.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Increase the HomeCare Agency?s scheduled hours by securing Private Pay Clients
Computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, maintain database
Enter notes and appointments into the CRM system
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Critical thinking skills and the ability to work creatively and at times independently to produce an optimum solution.
Actively pursues marketing opportunities which will contribute to the growth and profitability of the company.
Maintain / manage on behalf of the company, contact and other pertinent information on doctors, home health care representatives and other potential referral sources.
Administer, coordinate, and manage the marketing function of the company
Recommend and develop new market segments and products to company management for development.
Develop a sales plan with scheduled sales calls and cold calls on potential and/or existing referral sources.
Submit weekly reports to the Assistant Director that detail current marketing activities/sales calls as well as plans for future marketing activities.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Ability to perform essential job functions outlined above.
Must have marketing experience in home health
Ability to handle multiple, high-priority tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload. Able to readily adapt to work prioritization changes.
Ability to think and operate independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle constantly changing requirements
Proficient computer and data entry skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a minimum of three years home health sales experience
Experience in a healthcare or corporate environment is preferred. Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
Satisfactory criminal background check
Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
Good driving record
Driver's License
