Inside Sales Associate Job Opening in Las Cruces, New mexico - Inside Sales Representative Job Summary:
Primary responsibility is to sell building materials and lumber to customers.
Responsibilities of Inside Sales Representative:
Develop a working knowledge of company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy.
Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service.
Prepare price quotes, estimates and bids.
Answer telephone professionally and pleasantly, assisting customers, taking orders and providing excellent customer service.
Attend training sessions to learn and keep current on products we sell.
Assist with stocking displays and shelves with product.
Answer customer service inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Maintain accountability of customer until answered and resolved.
Learn proper procedures for orders, special orders, purchase orders, credit memos and receiving.
Housekeeping at counter and in aisles assigned to you.
Qualifications & Requirements of Inside Sales Representative:
Desire to learn and grow professionally.
Ability to form strong relationships with customers.
Ability to react quickly to problems and respond to them accurately and professionally.
Ability to stand/walk for 4 -10 hours daily, stoop, kneel & crouch.
Physical strength to lift and carry 50 pounds.
Ability to operate a computer and calculator.
High School diploma required.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Strong verbal skills.
Bilingual applicants encouraged.
