Description:
Process Education Reimbursements following company?s policies
Responsible for data entry
Act as back up for an Administrator and assist in responding to questions regarding department and related information
File documents in designated places
Other administrative responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in accounting or related filed or equivalent experience
Must have some background in accounting or payroll
Basic understanding of General Ledger coding and chart of accounts
Knowledge of accounting-related federal, state, and local regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting short deadlines, and the ability to plan, prioritize and organize work
Standard knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Must be very detailed oriented
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00/hour; BOE
