Description:
Peform basic data entry in the provider data management system
Perform courtesy calls to confirm that providers have received their recredentialing packets
Assist with basic clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
Strong analytical and listening skills.
Must be comfortable navigating through systems and various databases.
Strong phone servicing skills
Detail oriented
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer and office skills (Intermediate to Advanced)
Able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision, learn new tasks quickly and retain information
Must be self-directed and work well under tight deadlines
Good attendance is required
Pay Rate: $10.00/hour - $12.00/hour
