NURSE PRACTITIONER, FNP, APRN-Rx
A growing FQHC, LCHC is located on a small, rural Hawaiian with limited healthcare services. The L?na?i community is primarily Filipino, with English as a second language, and many residents have multiple chronic health conditions.
While challenging, this opening offers for the Family Nurse Practice Nurse Practitioner a practices that is integrated with behavioral health, telemedicine programs, and a true patient cenetred medical home environment. This full time position provides an opportunity for leadership and teamwork in a growing health center, and rich rewards in serving a rural, underserved community. Experience in or willingness to learn is required for chronic disease management, family planning, women?s health and children ? our practice covers the full spectrum of cradle to grave care!
Must possess or be eligible for Hawaii APRN and Rx license
