Equipment Sales & Rentals Inside Salesperson Job Opening in New Castle, Delaware - Responsible for the sales of new, larger equipment, materials and supplies. Responsibilities are separated into two main components, Materials & Supplies, and Equipment Sales & Rentals.
Processing incoming equipment & rental calls from both customers and outside sales and recording accurate records of calls.
Assisting customers in finding proper equipment or rentals including specifications, availability, and cost.
Contacting vendors for pricing, availability and delivery time
Preparing and recording accurate quotes for customer?s projects using the QuoteWerks software.
Using CDC Online for tracking of ongoing, bidding, and future projects.
Using website for government bids for materials & equipment.
Coordinating with appropriate outside salesperson for customer quotes, follow-up and closure
Procuring equipment or rental specifications, submittals, and MSDS sheets for customers by using software, catalogs, or Internet sites.
Processing purchase orders, reservations, rentals (out & return), and pick-up tickets, using the Solutions software, for both customers & outside salespersons.
Scheduling equipment & rentals between branch locations
Coordinating with Material & Supplies personnel for materials & supplies for to be used with rentals or equipment sold.
Coordinating with Shop for equipment and rental ?Get Ready?s?, as well as sales and rentals
Assisting Purchasing Department on required equipment for projects, rentals, or stock
Coordinating with Administration for special terms for vendor purchases & customer sales
Assisting Dispatcher to secure an adequate delivery time
Assisting with counter equipment & rental requests and walk-in customers
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 to $54,000.00 /year

Bachelor's
Required experience:
Sales: 5 years
