Customer Care / Inside Sales Support Job Opening in Louisville, Kentucky - Multi Billion dollar, Worldwide with over 4000 empployees and customers in over 100 countries has an amazing opportunity for a talented Customer Service candidate who can also effectively deliver world class support to their Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction is world class! Additional duties:
Enter customer orders into the AX software system
Interface with customers on a daily basis via phone and email to provide them updates of their order status
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints
Follow up with customer orders to ensure that product is delivered in a timely fashion by collaborating with sales, product management, production, warehouse staff and others

Must be highly professional with excellent communication skills
Computer proficient (previous ERP experience a plus)
Must have attention to detail and accuracy
3+ years related experience, ideally with a global organization.
