We are currently seeking a number of full-time consultants. This position will be responsible for the solutions development of multiple educational projects and engagements for a top tier professional services client in a fast paced environment. Global Novations holds a trusted advisor status with clients worldwide as a result of the strength of our people and our approach. By fostering an environment of inclusion and innovation within our firm and by providing leading-edge solutions, methodologies and tools for our clients, we have built a strong business providing expertise in Leadership Development, Talent Optimization, Communications and Diversity and Inclusion. We are currently looking for an experienced leader who has 10+ years experience in cutting edge leadership development solutions to join our firm on a full- time basis. Location is flexible, but residence in the Boston or Cincinnati area where we have corporate offices is a plus. In addition, position requires 35% travel or more. Position Summary: A leadership position with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the design, development, delivery and management of leadership development initiatives for Global Novations clients. Heavy emphasis on combined suite of competencies, including: 1) strong instructional design experience, 2) consulting expertise and 3) creativity and cutting edge knowledge in leadership solutions, 4) comfort in collaborating with an experienced and talented internal team, to help our clients achieve their strategic objectives. This position is responsible for: Assessing needs, designing and creating custom leadership and engagement solutions for clients of Global Novations, LLC. The VP of Consulting Solutions will work with Global Novations business development team to propose effective solutions that will enable clients to achieve strategic objectives, including comfort, confidence and competence in deploying consultative and strategic leadership capabilities.
