Tax Accounant Job Opening in Longmont, Colorado - We are looking for a tax preparer, preferably an Enrolled Agent or CPA to join our bookkeeping firm! We are a rapidly growing bookkeeping firm looking for the right person to come and grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
Prepare forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 990 in Proseries
Prepare year end reviews
Tax Resolution for client IRS and State tax notices
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts in Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks online
Processing A/P and A/R for clients
Processing payroll and quarterly payroll reports
Prepare W2s and 1099s at year end
Work as part of a team on bigger projects to get them completed on time
Requirements:
Experience with forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 990
2-3 years Quickbooks Desktop experience
Excel experience
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Desired Qualifications:
Enrolled Agent or CPA credentials
2-3 Years of experience
Associates or Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
Sales Tax experience plus
Payroll processing and payroll tax experience
Quickbooks Online Experience
