Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Opening in Louisville, Colorado - Wheels Manufacturing, a small cycling industry manufacturer located in Louisville, Colorado, is looking for our newest valued team member, an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
This position is critical to our success, performing the following duties, and more:
Processing distributor customer orders using Sage100, including creation of sales orders and invoices
Processing direct online sales orders in Quickbooks, including daily reconciliation
Post payments received from Customers in Sage100
Enter deposits from credit card batch settlements and Paypal payments in Quickbooks
Process monthly Customer statements
Research & reconcile discrepancies
Maintaining important data and generating reporting for leadership
Assisting with office management, including low-volume phones, visitor reception, ordering supplies and office equipment maintenance

Job Qualifications-
Required
Thorough understanding of accounting principles.
Advanced professional and customer communication etiquette.
2+ years accounting experience preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
Math ? calculate figures, percentages, discounts, convert units of measure
Attention to detail and command of proper spelling and grammar
Preferred

5+ years accounting experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Small business accounting experience
