Billing & Collections Specialist - 28859 Job Opening in Portsmouth, New hampshire - Growing Seacoast company is seeking a talented Billing & Collections Specialist to join their team. Key duties include preparing customer invoices and supporting documentation, data entry of customer invoices into the accounting system, manages aging report and places collections calls, prefers credit checks on new and exiting customers, and maintains related documentation.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of experience in a comparable position, basic MS Office skills, experience using computerized accounting and/or MRP systems, and a proven track record with billing and collections.
