Quality Manager - 5147 Job Opening in Hudson, New hampshire - Wilson Employment Networks is working with a growing family-owned machine shop to recruit a dependable Quality Manager. This a great Direct Hire position with a competitive salary in central NH!
Manage all aspects of the quality department. Collaborate with production team and other internal staff to ensure high quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
Background in inspection of precision machined parts with tight tolerances
At least 10 years of managerial experience
Advanced shop math skills
Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100
Certified Internal Auditor preferred
Knowledgeable with the use of all inspection equipment
Proficiently review contracts, purchase orders, drawings, routings, shop instructions and other planning for quality requirements
Ability to ensure compliance with all associated quality procedures, control plans and quality management system requirements
Ability to identify and segregate nonconforming material to be properly documented and recorded
Proficient use of UniPoint Quality system (or similar system)
Proficient use of JobBoss ERP System (or similar system)
10 years management experience
Manage ISO and AS9100 certification process
Manage Customer Specific quality requirements and communicate with staff
Lead Management Review Process for the Quality Department
Interface with Vendors when issues or questions arise
Issue RMA?s when necessary
Conduct MRB Disposition with the help of the Production Manager
Work with Purchasing to negotiate Vendor credits
Delegate the calibration of all tools and gauges with the help of the Tool Room Employees
Demonstrate good Managerial and Leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings
Strong knowledge of all inspection equipment
