Job Goals:
Contribute to the success of the organization and uphold the KwickSilver reputation for quality work, professionalism and services. Utilize patented, state-of-the art automotive wheel repair and refinishing technology and transform bent, cracked and wheels back to factory OEM appearance and condition.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute directives for efficient, safe and timely travel routes to pick up and / or return wheels to and / or from clients and vendors;
Interact with all customers, clients, vendors, employees and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner and consistently project a professional image;
Inspect and evaluate wheels to be repaired / refinished and identify specific tasks needed to restore wheel(s) to OEM quality;
Utilize hydraulic jack to lift vehicles and safely place on jack stands;
Utilize power tools to remove wheels from vehicle;
Remove tires from wheels prior to refinish / restoration, if needed;
Sand, mask, clean and prep wheel surface for refinish / restoration;
Utilize paint mix technology to match paint to specified color utilizing standard formulas or color charts;
Apply paint and clear coat, as needed, to surfaces of wheels using professional quality paint application technology, equipment, power tools and work aids;
Inspect wheels to ensure that wheels have been fully restored to OEM appearance
Mount and balance tires to wheels, if needed and re-inspect wheels to ensure that wheels have not been damaged during the remount and balance process; refinish as needed;
Maintain accurate accounting of daily activities, present invoices to clients upon completion of work, obtain purchase orders, etc. from clients, as appropriate;
Maintain effective and timely communication with management at all times;
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, safety and performance of KwickSilver vehicle and workspace; report safety and performance issues to management as needed;
Engage in continuous and ongoing training and professional development as needed and appropriate to the position as directed by management;
Other appropriate duties and responsibilities associated with the position needed to accomplish the Job Goals.
Qualifications:
1 - 2 years of successful employment in a professional auto repair, body, tire shop or related; or:
Automotive technical school education in appropriate field of study; or
Satisfactory combination of education, transferable skills or job experience;
Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills;
Ability to demonstrate superior work ethic including but not limited to:
Regular / daily attendance at work;
Reporting to work on time and complying with employers required work schedule;
Utilizing employer paid time in an effective and efficient manner;
Conforming to all KwickSilver organizational policies;
Upholding the KwickSilver culture, goals and objectives;
Ability to exercise sound independent judgement when planning and discharging responsibilities;
Valid Driver's License and good driving record

Ablity to obey traffic laws and safely operate KwickSilver vehicles, work station, tools;
Ability to follow specific instructions and directives; conform to organizational operational, safety and procedural policies, systems and processes;
Satisfactory Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI);
Satisfactory professional, personal, educational references.
Work Week:
Monday thru Friday 8 AM ? 5 PM; May require overtime
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb as applicable and / or required by task;
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
Ability to operate light power tools (i.e. hydraulic floor jack, paint / socket gun, socket wrench;
Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus;
Manual dexterity, tactile and repetitive motion;
Moderate noise level
