Responsibilities
Directing the daily operations of the restaurant
Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation
Interviewing, hiring, coaching, training, developing and retaining staff
Sales Building
Financial accountability
Qualifications
At least 1-2 years general management experience in fast food, fast casual or family dining
Math, accounting and P&L skills
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills

Salary: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
