Client/Sales Representative Job Opening in Sunbury, Pennsylvania - PRIMARY FUNCTION - To regularly contact active Central Credit Audit and Statewide Tax Recovery client in order to continuously protect the interests of the company by monitoring placement activity, provide favorable public relations to the client as well as the general public, and to maintain favorable relationships with client personnel. Seek out referrals for new business as well as opportunities for additional services such as special programs, etc., and new services, which the client may suggest or need. make client's aware of new programs that may be of interest or beneficial to them.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Communicate by personal visit, telephone or email with Central Credit Audit and Statewide Tax Recovery clients paying particular attention to major clients.
- Deliver reports and checks monthly or as necessary
- Responsible to coordinate and assist in client Christmas cards as well as gift deliveries
- As needed, assist management in the resolution of client concerns
- Act as a liaison between management and clients
- Seek new business referrals from current clients or direct contact from a prospect
- Produce new business from new sales as a result of assignments given by management
- Attempt to re-activate inactive clients through mail, telephone or personal contact
- Attend client - based organization meetings and functions in order to promote good will and protect company interests. (AAHAM, PASBO, etc.)
- Make management aware of any internal personnel issues and assist in resolving the issues with the client
- May assist with issues concerning client account receivables and is responsible for any resolution of accounts receivable
- Plan and coordinate special company events and activities such as client visits, client luncheons and gifts, as appropriate.
- Maintain New Client Enrollment Forms and Client Change Forms for both companies. Document, update in system master files and inform appropriate company personnel of changes and additions to client personnel. Responsible for maintaining and filing of client documents, including Client Contracts, Enrollment Forms, etc.
- Be innovative in suggesting new programs or approaches in client services, both with current clients and potential new clients.
- Take initiative to seek out new businesses to enhance company's growth
- Other duties as assigned by the responsible supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be neat, mature, poised, confident and pleasant
- Must be a good verbal communicator, both on the telephone and in person
- Must present a professional appearance as relates to personal attire and cleanliness.
- Must have the ability to travel, possess reliable transportation and have a valid drivers license and be available for long distance client visits, which may require an overnight stay.
- Must have the physical stamina for climbing steps and be able to walk long distances
- Must have good writing skills
- Must be organized
- Must have a working knowledge of operations
- Must possess innovational skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to speak and communicate clearly
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle
- Must listen effectively
- Must be able to lift ten (10) pounds
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Reports directly to the General Manager or the Corporate Officer in charge. May communicate directly with other management, supervisory, marketing personnel or the IT Department.
CRITERIA FOR PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
- Performance will be measured by the successful relationships between the Company and Clients; maintaining of favorable public relations; timely execution of assignments, use of sound judgment and creativity; also the ability to inter-face with other company personnel as well as the measurement of additional and new business development through existing clients.
