Perennial Funding offers its loan officers a pipeline of leads with a wide range of mortgage products including purchases, refinances, and reverse products with FICO?s down to 580.
Perennial Funding is looking for aggressive and goal oriented Loan Officers:
Essential Functions
Accepting, reviewing and pre-qualifying customer loan applications
Identifying customer?s needs and selecting loan product types
Quoting rates, insuring loan applications are completed accurately
Receiving formal application for a mortgage from the client. Assisting clients with completing technical details of the application.
Reviewing completed mortgage application for accuracy and thoroughness and requests additional information if necessary
Collecting all necessary information to close the loan on time to meet monthly quotas
Additional responsibilities as assigned by the management
Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent
Must have Active NMLS License
Experience in Mortgage Industry/Sales is required
Strong selling, customer service and vocational skills
Must be self-motivated and goal oriented with sales mindset
Must satisfy background and credit check requirements
