Financial Analyst Job Opening in Hayden, Idaho - Growing real estate development company looking to add to their team! Must be a critical thinker with strong analytical skills, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, high integrity and the ability to switch gears easily.
Will be responsible for:
Providing financial analysis for complex property management and construction portfolio.
Preparation of detailed cost and cash flow budgets and tax credit applications.
Working closely with management, developers and lending institutions.
Coordinating and managing real estate closings.
Analyzing financial performance of various projects.
Special projects as assigned
have a minimum of three to eight years related experience, property industry experience, bachelors in finance/accounting a plus and enjoy a fast paced, ever changing environment.

Salary: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
