Hotel Front Desk Clerk Job Opening in Idaho Falls, Idaho - Quality Inn & Suites / Rodeway Inn is actively looking for a Full Time Front Desk Agent to join our team.
We are open and operate 24 hours a day, 365 days per year including weekends and holidays.
Hours will be approx. 30-40 hours per week. Shifts will vary and can be a combination of evening and overnight shifts
Duties include, but not limited to:
Checking guests in/out.
Posting charges, accepting payments.
Making reservations.
Assisting guests on local area.
Assisting guests with anything they may need during their stay.
Maintaining a good working relationship with all departments.
Settling credit cards
Processing Night Audit, accounting for the days work.
Checking for any errors, documenting and correcting.
Superior customer service skills are a must.
Must be detail-oriented.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Self motivated.
Honest and reliable.
Outgoing attitude and personality.
Must have previous Hotel Front Desk experience
