Job Description:
Edgeware is looking for individuals who will be able to put their accounting knowledge to work in a Salesforce environment to deliver on-time implementations for our small and medium sized business clients. You will interact with a thriving community of team members, partners, and customers. You will be asked to attend training on this product. Once training is completed you will implement the solution for a variety of customers across multiple industries. You must be able to provide the uppermost level support for escalated technical issues as well as answer corporate initiative questions. You will be asked to troubleshoot product level issues while also handling direct interactions and follow-up.
Minimum Requirements:
Industry Certified (i.e. DBA - SQL Server, Quickbooks, Salesforce or above) or equivalent mix of experience
Implementation or consulting experience preferred
Strong understanding of SAAS solutions
Experience with reporting or BI tools and comfortable with other report writing software
Strong project management, planning, and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Essential Job Functions
Be able to handle multiple projects
Must be comfortable interacting with customers and developing a strategy to meet their expectations
Be comfortable working in office (Atlanta) and onsite
Professional over the phone and in email communication
Act as a subject matter expert in all assigned product areas.
Able to communicate technical information from the customer business process perspective.
Stay current on technical and business knowledge in all assigned applications.
