Automotive Accountant
Balise Ford is looking to hire a determined and dedicated individual to join our Accounting team. This individual will be working in our Central Accounting Department as part of a stable, professional team. Job responsibilities are shared among the team. We have cross training processes in place to allow the opportunity to grow professionally.
Job Responsibilities:
Registering vehicles in multiple states.
Reconciliation of related schedules
Breaking down finance deals for all 3 Balise Hyannis dealerships.
Processing customer registration paperwork
Double checking car deals for accuracy ? responsible for correcting errors
Assisting in month end accounting processes.
Other accounting duties as assigned by the Controller.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook experience is required.
Ability to Multi-Task in a fast paced environment
EVR knowledge is preferred but not required
ADP experience is preferred
