Summary

Gaia is seeking an experienced Head of Sales with a minimum of 10 years of experience managing a high-volume sales team. This position is responsible for all facets of sales within Gaia. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, proactive, have strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities
Oversee all sales functions at Gaia
Collaborate with Executives and Marketing organization
Run Ambassador and affiliate programs
Qualifications
10 years of experience as a Head of Sales or Sales Manager of a large sales team (25+ members)
Bachelors degree
Familiarity with, and affinity for our content is a prerequisite to applying
Membership in Gaia is strongly preferred
Must be able to work in our office in Louisville, Colorado
US citizenship or an existing work visa is required
Non-smoker
